ravssa is volatile and unpredictable, and her choices often seem to be the result of complete whimsy. people who know her well learn to predict her actions solely through observation, but anyone else is left completely baffled. she doesn't seem to be particularly cruel, but she also doesn't seem especially kind. while she cares fiercely about her friends, everyone else doesn't seem to mean very much to her.
she's far more sensitive than she lets on, and in fact she wears a mask to keep her pain from showing to others. most of her persona isn't real at all, and she simply does what she must to survive and to sleep at night. her life has not always been an easy one, and she can only make her choices and see what happens. she spent many years making what she thought were the right choices, only the have them backfire, and so much of the feeling of having true choice is lost to her.
but ravssa isn't too far gone, and they say that at night she can be seen visiting orphanages, bringing the children there food and other small things. it's hard to prove or disprove, and no one has the guts to ask her about it.
