zinros loves running wild, and freedom has always been an afterthought, because who spares thoughts for something they've always had? he never grew up being told what to do or who to be, and there's an almost feral edge to him as a result. but that's all right, because he doesn't care too much for being around people, anyway. he'd rather avoid them, and the drama and destruction so many of them tend to bring.
zin might have been happy living such a wild, untamed life forever, but it was not to be. like with many undoings, his started with a girl. she was beautiful, she was fierce, she was a hurricane in the middle of a calm sea. she upended his life with her appearance, drawing him away from the wilderness and into her arms. he went willingly, beguiled by her, and found himself leaving the more savage parts of himself behind.
and then one day she was gone, as quickly and mysteriously as she had appeared.
